Frame It For Less

The New Language of Art in Hospitality Spaces

Artwork in hospitality projects is expected to do more than complete a space. Designers and property owners rely on trusted partners who can consistently deliver artwork that matches their vision, arrives on schedule, and meets the quality standards required for large commercial installations. In an industry where delays or defects can disrupt opening timelines across hundreds of rooms, reliability and attention to detail are as important as creative design. For more than 30 years, Frame It For Less has built its reputation around that dependability. Specializing in large-scale art and mirror programs for hotels, senior living communities, and multi-property organizations, the company combines hands-on craftsmanship with rigorous quality control and responsive customer service. From translating complex design concepts into production-ready artwork programs to ensuring every piece is carefully inspected before shipment, Frame It For Less focuses on giving designers confidence that every project will be delivered as promised. Its expanding custom capabilities are an extension of that commitment, allowing clients to achieve distinctive designs without compromising consistency, quality, or project timelines. Built Around Customer Service The company’s approach to customer service is built around direct oversight of every piece before it leaves the facility. Orders are not treated as simple production requests that move automatically through a system. Instead, each piece of artwork is manually inspected before shipment. “We stand behind our product, and we’re very hands-on,” says Lisa Tally, president. “Before anything leaves our facility, we make sure it’s in perfect condition. Several members of our team perform quality control and carefully examine each piece before it ships.”

Top 10 Directors of Housekeeping - 2026

Hyatt Regency Chicago [NYSE: H]

Upholding Hyatt's Hospitality Standards

Vladan Bogdanovic, Senior Director

Over two decades in hospitality have taken Vladan Bogdanovic from overnight auditor to senior housekeeping leader, shaping a leadership style grounded in respect, recognition and care. Vladan reminisces on his career. Since arriving in the U.S. from Kosovo 22 years ago, his professional journey has taken many turns, building his path through pride in his work and respect for the people around him. His Hyatt years began about 20 years ago as an overnight auditor at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa. Supervisor, front office and guest service roles followed. He then stepped down a level to join Hyatt Regency Chicago as an assistant guest service manager, and from there the path took him to housekeeping, through assistant manager to executive housekeeper and director. Today, as senior director of housekeeping, he oversees a hotel with 2,032 rooms across two towers and nearly 250,000 square feet of meeting space, one of the largest in the country. More than 300 employees are part of the operation, from room attendants to linen runners, many from cultures around the world. The job, as he puts it, comes down to relationships. He weighs what employees need alongside what guests expect, and puts employees first, since they deliver the service.
